Shipping Policy

What follows is how Brooklyn Beach Shop deals with orders, money and the things that occasionally go wrong.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders are despatched from the store in Brooklyn, NY.

What it costs

Free US shipping on orders over $39; a flat $5.95 below that.

The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount and before tax.

When it goes out

Shipments leave on weekdays via USPS or UPS, whichever suits the package and the address. Orders placed before the end of a business day are normally packed the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

How long it takes

Once collected by the carrier, most US addresses receive a parcel within 3 to 7 business days. Transit time is the carrier’s, not ours, so we quote their service rather than promising a date we cannot control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. You can also use the Track Order page.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, damaged or has not moved for several days, contact us on +1 847-469-4615 or team@qbeachhaven.shop and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
